October 7th, barely a week from Rosh Hashana and the world has arrived at a day of remembrance.

May we all, collectively honor the innocents lost on that day, fight like hell for the living, and never forget.

Good morning groovy souls!

I'm back from my run and on my last day in Texas. My pace this morning was 9:30 per miles. I'm still feeling like I'm dragging chutes, and my HR is remaining elevated but I'm still able to do the work, which makes it imperative I do the work.

Tomorrow I'm off to Virginia and will make a stop in to see the amazing @wolfwoman She's a rad and groovy soul and I'm so excited.

Its time for the next phase of the journey!

So my parents were contacted by the people that bought our old house, to ask about a few things, and at the end of the conversation they started talking about weird happenings at the house.

"It sounds like you may have angry house spirits." I said.

Mom and Dad just stared...

Then I explained how to make offerings to them.

"What? I told you guys I was a heathen. This is why the neighbors are scared of us."

So many people. I got overloaded anxiety spike hit me hard. Breathed through it focused on my mindful practice. “This is where I am. It’s an anomalous feedback loop. I’m ok. “. Got home and am decompressing.

All emotional experience and anxiety are like weather systems. They come as they wish, they have their time and pass. I remain as they come and go.

Should be interesting. I've been to Presbyteryian services before, they're kind slow and stiff, but it'll be alright.
