Well....this may have been an accident. Or, maybe not.

I lived in Delaware long enough to say that it was probably an accident, given that no one in that god-foresaken state knows how to drive. If the driver intended to hit them, he would have missed....
@BenA Yeah, but still. Even though it is nothing, I still wonder if this was some test. I'd like to be wrong.
