In two months, at least 500 Russian prisoners out of 6,000 recruited into the Wagner Group were liquidated in Ukraine. Putin also signed a decree yesterday, according to which convicts for serious crimes can be mobilized in the RF Armed Forces, now it will be more difficult to refuse recruitment to penal battalions. @yigal_levin
