Of all the requirements we seek when having people in positions of power, either elected or selected, we would all do much better if we placed even a modicum of compassion on that requirement list. Alcoa City Schools (TN) began welcoming students back Wednesday while operating on a staggered, hybrid schedule to prevent the increasing spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
