My DH is super high risk of a serious case if he catches COVID, and with my age and asthma, I probably wouldn’t do well with it either.

I will get carry-out sometimes. But going in and sitting near other unmasked people... too dangerous.

Well, since the bird site continues to shadowban me, any attempt at online activism is rather pointless. I am now tweeting to an echo chamber of my Resistance followers. So I am doubling my number of Postcards to Voters. I can actually reach real Democratic voters and encourage them to VOTE. This weekend’s batch is to get Broward County Florida Dems to sign up for Vote by Mail.

@netspionage @xal3x0n I used to have recurrent dreams. Some were recurrent nightmares. Others not. I haven’t had a recurring dream in quite a few years now. Fortunately.

Awake early and trying not to disturb husband or dogs. Being snuggled by a kitty and listening to the songbirds wake up outside. Peaceful. 💜

@opie I don’t know where it originated, but I saw a mention online that quinine “cures COVID.” Even IF that were true, there’s not enough quinine in tonic water to do it. Alas, it is just more disinformation floating around the Interwebs.

@opie odd. My furthest right column is the second iteration of My Friends. Nothing to the right of that. I recall that once I did have a normal right column. I think I broke it. 😱

I cannot remember how to get to the main site stream. My 5 columns are the countersocial bar where I am typing, My Friends, Notifications, #CaffeineClub which I previously pinned, and lastly another iteration of My Friends. I hit “Back” on that and it doesn’t go anywhere. I know at one point I had a sort of global feed there... can’t recall how to get back my site wide feed.

We got our first COVID confirmed case at the courthouse where I work last week. They told us we could get tested but should keep working unless we test positive. Second case was confirmed yesterday, so they shut the place down today.

Meanwhile, I am still waiting on test results. Got my test Tuesday morning.

Crazy times. 😱

@JailTheTrumps I never got any notice from Twitter, but some major accounts were complaining about a shadowban, and I have noticed that few people were reading me. So I checked and they got me too. Kinda crazy, because I keep it pretty clean.

I am shadowbanned on the bird site, for no reason that I can figure out.
