Follow along for more updates on bad weather games in the NFL this season!

HAMSTER NOTE: Our Meteorology team's Executive Producer is a BIG football fan, if you were wondering.

With the O/U set at 46.5 points for tonight’s Chiefs-Ravens game, the weather could be the game-changer. Will gusty winds and potential rain push the score under? Or will fair weather prevail and both offenses light up the scoreboard?

Historically, heavy rain has decreased total points scored in NFL games by 6 points, while also reducing the point spread by 1.5 points.

Lighter rain decreases scoring by 2 points and the point spread by 0.5 points.
