Friend called, needing advice from Hubby who retired 2 yrs ago from the DMV..she lost her license. What does she need to get a duplicate made.. etc.. etc..
She adds: I'm going to have tell Frank *her hubby* that this has been so traumatic.. he's going to have to take me out to dinner.

Really? Our duplicate requests are online - check the "D'oh" box, pay the fee, print your temp and your replacement is on the way.
Hate to say it, but our DMV kicks ass.
