There's no law about what flag you can fly and in California which this is not There's a law about protecting flags. In California, the law prevents HOA's from restricting what flags you can fly unless it is causing a health hazard.
@MrGoat I guess hubby’s flag would be ok but my rainbow love one would not? That’s crazy!
