@MrGoat @tiptoeing OBS is what I used for our recording! I could have configured it a bit better so it wasn't capturing my whole browser window, but I was in a bit of a hurry :)
I don't know if OBS works on iPads though.

@tiptoeing You can record like 6 channels or more of audio in it, you need to set your audio source accordingly and mic input source as well to hear your voice.
