depends on the service & speed.
if both are good, i give cash (so they can pocket it if they like, slow or late delivery or rudeness will always be on the card for them to have to report.

I only ask because I see a lot of orders come through with no tip on them and It makes me want to see how many tip cash - was hesitant during "lockdown" because of no contact delivery.
