I’m up ridiculously early for my corner of the world and watching X-Files which I have started a bazillion times but cannot finish because I cannot slog through the Mulderless years.

I am however close to the Joy to the World episode which face it is all one of our favorites and each pithy look and witty rejoinder I draw closer and closer to it as I knit the quiet of the morning away

It’s a cold day here and I am feeling it in every joint. So I am bundled up and am gonna knit and watch trashy tv #knitting #knitter #cosoknitter

For some reason I decided to take a nap earlier today and just woke up at 9pm my body ready to go for the day. Fml

Then covered with the cheese and crisp Bacon bits and finally with the cheese melted and a good sprinkle of sea salt and parsley! #foodie #foodpron #food #cooking #cosofoodie

So then I chopped a full butt load of garlic and shredded some cheese and now I’m cooking up a mess of tater tots and will assemble! #foodie #food #foodpron #cooking #cosofoodie

Added in hamburger, tomatoes, and cauliflower and started cooking to reduce the liquid and I added in rosemary and thyme! #food #foodie #foodpron #cooking #cosofoodie

When the bacon was finished I went in and added the peppers and onion into the grease with Worcestershire, garlic, and seasonings! #food #foodie #foodpron #cooking

So started rendering and crisping up some bacon, cut up my onions and peppers including this HUUUUGE jalapeño to get ready for the pan #foodie #food #foodpron #cooking #cosofoodie
