@th3j35t3r J, I have a PDF that needs to be edited and have data added to it, saved and sent off to a second party. Would you have any advice for software that can accomplish this?

For editing the PDF, Firefox and Edge allow some editing. There are other programs like PDF arranger that might be what you're looking for. For sharing, if you're looking for a little more security, you may want to check out proton drive.
