So normally I try and post happy thoughts here, but it's hard to be happy today 😞

I am having one of my worst days ever. Not only do I feel guilty for how my marriage ended, but my soon to be ex wife is now on a few dating sites. I feel like the lowest form of low right now and I don't know how to get myself out of it. I'm sorry for anyone reading this, I try not to be sad on social media but I need some way to let it out 😞
