Just took 15mg oxycodone and 300mg gabapentin together. That's my morning dose for muscle, bone, and nerve pain. I give myself a 1:1 chance of passing out within the next 2 hours.

If I can stay awake, it'll be time to take the rest of my meds, including other sedating medications. I'd lower the odds to 5:4 at that time.

@leejackson Definitely a powerful dose. I only take Gabapentin in 100 mg chunks and only 2 x per day now (for leg spasms) (I should have it 3x but I can't function on that much). At the worst I was on 1800 mg (when my Trigeminal Neuralgia was at it's worst but thanks to a neurosurgeon it's mostly controlled now) Hope your operation helps you get off them πŸ€—

@Mandypar Well, the operation isn't for the bits for which I'm taking the gabapentin. The operation is on my left knee, while the gabapentin is for nerve pain in my outer right lower leg and ankle (related to an endovenous ablation procedure where the doctor damaged the nerve with the RF probe). Unfortunately, only time can heal that, according to the vascular specialist. That's why I'm on a 30-day course of gabapentin.
