Woke up early today but still felt really tired so went back to bed. Slept til noon and woke up with a bit of a headache and a feeling like someone took a 2x4 and cracked me across both cheekbones with it. 😕 Chances of an upcoming sinus infection about 2-1 dammit.

I had the beginnings of a sinus infection last years. I snorted clindamycin gel up both nostrils for 3 days. Infection gone.
Not recommending this, it did work for me though🤷♀️
Saved me a trip to the doctor

Yeah, clindamycin is a prescription.
I get it for adult acne, whichnI still get a 53
@MallyDaKatt That's prescription though right? I've got some prescription corticosteroid nasal spray, I'll probably give that a shot just to see if it helps.
