I know @White_Rabbit and @corlin participate in a digital fast weekly.

I propose a fast from the news, opinion pieces, and talking heads for a day this weekend. Nothing's going to change overnight. You can still get the weather, but I think removing yourself from the daily barrage of bad news and the outrage machine might do us some good collectively.
