Why should YOU use #Bandcamp as a consumer?
1. Everyone there is a self-publishing artist.
2. *A LOT* more of your money ends up in the pocket of the artist.
3. You will find music which is *nowhere* else on the internet.
4. The app means you can listen to your collection and discover new music on the move.
5. It's not a streaming service in the sense of Spotify or Deezer where the artist gets paid a pittance per stream.

I second that! I am watching BC very closely to see if the new ownership begins to impact the artist/consumer experience, but BC has been my go-to for new indie/small label/DIY music purchases for many years.
