It is all the more remarkable that any light gets in, when we know just how much depravity exists as well. Thank you for being part of that good spark.
That's a beautiful reframe for a key part of what affected me today.
I've seen plenty of atrocity, and most does not phase me anymore (for better and for worse), but sometimes it's the confidence with which it's shared that just hits on a whole other level.
You're right, though: it's documented. It's out there. That's a strength as much as it is a mark of the depths to which we sink.
Thank you for the reframe.
Much obliged.
@MLClark I know an awful lot of people that are collating it and saving it before it disappears.War crimes are war crimes,no matter who commits them.
'The silent equity of society' ain't so fkn quiet IMO.
@BosmangBeratna 👍 100%. @MLClark
@MLClark There's people out there that revel in the carnage and spur it onI can guarantee that the vast majority that do so have never seen action outside of Call of Duty on their favourite flavour of game box.I suppose in one way we can be thankful that today's perpetrators feel the need to post their complicity in atrocities on various platforms.......makes evidence gathering for future court cases a lot easier.
