Electricity is going to be out from 7am to 2pm tomorrow, so... I guess I'm working oot and aboot. So glad I was able to get my laptop repaired. Colombia's a country of routine surprises, but they definitely teach you not to take yourself and your plans too seriously. Life turns on a dime.
(Or on a spiked drink in a bar with a pretty woman you met on site, who is totally into you for you & not going to rob you blind / get you killed, as keeps happening to sex tourists here. 🙃 Tomayto, tomahto!)
It definitely takes the reader for a ride. 😅
But without dosing anyone with scopolamine in the process, I promise!

I’m glad your laptop was repaired, I’d wondered how that turned out. Sorry life there demands such flexibility but your resilience is a beautiful thing✨
Big hugs to you, Marion! (Or Esther? Which do you prefer?)
I'm deeply thankful for everything I've learned and unlearned here in Colombia - but I do hope that I don't stress others out when I talk maybe a touch too casually about all the rougher aspects of life that have made it easier to dig into joy and gratitude, too.
Sorry for worrying you! And I hope your weekend is starting out beautifully. May there be kindness and strength in community, wherever these strange days find you. ❤️
@MLClark
Thank you for your lovely note🌺 I sincerely appreciate what you share and I just wish life was a bit easier for you. I admire the tenacity with which you grapple with the toughest of issues and this too makes me wish that your own life was consistently gentler and that things came more easily ❤️. Many hugs.
Marion
@MLClark This might be the weirdest social media post I've read today. Congrats!!
