After two weeks of insomnia keeping me up until 2am doomscrolling awfulness in the world, I'm off to bed to try to force myself back into my predawn running. Then MIA all day for work tasks.

@MLClark Met him once. Popped out of a car at a hotel I was working. 1979ish. Walks in the hotel and hears a piano. Girl was playing at the lobby bar. Asks if he could jump in a play a bit. Well....she said yes.
@MLClark He starts playing and singing. The entire hotel shuts down. Desk clerks, waiters, managers, valet drivers...all converge on the bar. So did guests. No one got their food, cars or could check in. And no one cared. Hey, it's Stevie Wonder.
