I love that Trumps highly skilled attorneys response to Judge Chutkan defending actions on Jan 6th as covered under first amendment.
First amendment doesn't apply to Federal employees acting under the color of their jobs - only to private citizens. The premise of Jack Smiths indictment is that he was acting as a private citizen not under the color of his job

Halloween Potatoes

Had some dental work done today (fewer teeth to pull later...)
