@Graci Its not easy to prove defamation when 1) the statements are true 2) your a public persona. The court also weighs intent in there somewhere - was it to inform or hurt - unless it is to hurt there is that pesky absence of malice problem.
He will have as much luck suing as he had hiding evil soul.
