Nah, I'm just a bit of a recovering hardware snob.

In recent times I learned that there are a metric fuckton of awesome n64 fangames out there. Sadly a lot of them can only be played through an emulator. Still, worth setting one up to try some of these #cosogaming #cosostreaming

Well, seems COSO is about to become my default social again. The personified STDs that I contracted 5 years ago (stalkers harassing me online) have found me there and already started their slander.

Apparently Bluesky is about to go out of private beta. Meaning no more need for invite codes.

So uhh... depending on how quickly they put in specific word filtering, I may start using this site more... again.

I hear about Spoutible being compromised or leaking or something, and now I am glad I don't have a Spoutible account.

The worst thing about Bluesky is that I got an invite code from a friend and now I feel obligated to use it despite how terrible it is.

So apparently, people on Bluesky will block you for pointing out that their facts are false and wish death on you for not wanting war.

Why can't it just be normal?

Think my Bluesky experience is balancing out now. Blocked people are staying blocked.

Really starting to regret creating a Bluesky account. Maybe social media as a whole simply isn't for me.

This feels like the one spot that isn't confrontational by default.

Well, all the Bluesky hate was right. Found some classic Alt-right loonies on there trying to pretend they were left wing but they fell into all the old alt-right stereotypes down to demanding a US Civil war.

It's weird how Counter Social is safe from toxic politics. Bluesky has even self proclaimed left wingers using "liberal" in a very Fox News way.

With all this fog, I can't help but wonder when my home town started running on ps1 hardware.

Snowed in twice in 1 week. This would've been fine if I were still in school.
