Husband woke up and at his request I played Rep. Jeffries' incredible speech (thanks msnbc for that tight edit, for real). We are both drinking coffee with a gleam in our eyes. I can't wait to play it for the kids.

IMO: This country, the left in particular, needs a passionate torchbearer to continue positive momentum and combat (what we know will be) toxic agenda of red herrings from the GOP. We need more of Hakeem Jeffries (and his speechwriters).
