OMG!

I have a reputation for making STELLAR ribs. (A sous chef at the World Trade Center's Windows on the World restaurant once told me that mine were the best he'd ever had.) But tonight's batch made those seem like dog food in comparison. It took all of my self-control to not wolf down the entire rack in one sitting. I am thoroughly stuffed and I still have those brownies to get me through the rest of the evening.

@BenA Yum!!! My parents used to take my sister and I to Windows on the World. It was such a special treat and wonderful memory. I’m still sad that it’s gone. In any case, praise like that from a chef there is high praise indeed!
