Had a restless sleep. This time yesterday @Don_DelPriore's wife, @Dons_better_half privately let me know that her husband, my friend, and our fellow cosonaut had lost his battle with cancer.
They run a dog rescue. Every now & then he'd DM me a pic of a new dog they'd rescued asking me to name it. I'd spend the next 30+ minutes trying to think of the most un-dog-like name possible for him, like 'Brian'... and he'd run with it.
Rest in peace my old friend.

I can't fathom your loss and the weight it must have on your heart right now, but I know in here, coso, you have a support network that can lift a little of that weight for you when you need it. I may not be around as much as I used to be, but I do check in, so If you ever need some cool water, which is what I call the SRV song Little Wing, just hit me up. I'll oblige 🎵
