A story came out that a British HS is banning designer coats to prevent bullying, poor shaming, pressure on parents , etc.
I really hope it doesn't come here.
This is why...
Many of our poverty stricken families in the US get their coats from
-Coats for Kids
-Goodwill
-Salvation Army
-Church donations
I could go on.
Some happen to be designer labels.
Yes, it may be the only way some kids can have a designer coat,
I care more that they have a fricken coat.
