Oh my Gerd. I just had AMAZING chicken in black bean sauce. I think I have a new favorite Chinese place.
@LnzyHou This is why I can live in only a few places in the US. I need my Chinese food, I need my Mexican food, and I need my Cuban food.

a while ago i convinced
my local chinese place
to serve me their broccoli chicken
with black bean sauce
instead of the normal sauce
it is so tasty!
@millard_jmm Black bean sauce is heavenly when done right.
i think star of anise
is the spice in there
that i find so yummy
and whatever causes the tartness
