@TrueBloodNet I just hope they don't wait a year for the second season. Seems like Netflix does that a lot. We really enjoy Ginny & Georgia and it was almost 2 years between S1 and S2. There were some unfortunate circumstances partially to blame but still.

@Novels56 Ease into it. You'll be using muscle groups you aren't accustomed to using and you'll be sore regardless of whatever form of exercise you choose. You have to get passed it and not let that stop you. The key is consistency, you can do it!
