There’s something encouraging about knowing people still park in park parking lots and have sex in cars. But they ruin the fun for others by tossing their condoms out of the window and leaving them there so people like me know they had a really good time in the parking lot. What ever happened to the comeback “So’s your face”? I miss it. Someone said “so’s your face” to me for the first time in a long time during an internet argument, recently, and I lost all my fighty steam because I was laughing.

I’ve never felt so lucky as this Christmas, when visiting family moved the tin of butter cookies ASIDE to get at the candy tin that was underneath. Which means I still have butter cookies to eat. There is a Santa!

My husband's first genius idea was creating a shared shopping list in reminders on our phones. His second one was creating a new shared list for movies/series we want to remember to watch. (That one might be better than the grocery list.)
