Why not let deGrom take the AB and just tell him to not swing? THREE were walked to get to him. Unnecessary use of a bullpen arm when he could have had a complete game.

The fact that Jacob deGrom SHOULD have 10 wins by now is all you need to know about the Mets' season since they started the year 11-1. They just lost game 1 of a double header and are 25-25.
