Therapy on the other hand, if you have the means to pay (and getting that money doesn't suck!) is also tough, but safe as well and should leave you optimistic, even if it's only cautiously.

Someone tell me if this is too cynical: marriage is someone being on your side because they want to be, therapy is someone being on your side because you pay them to be.

The lore that the Terrifier franchise gave itself is bonkers. Very creative for a movie that delivers 80s gore with a modern lens and continuously has unique kills.

It is continued cranking up of the kills and gore that keeps these movies awesome (and most definitely not for everyone...we all have an itch!)

Terrifier 3 was made for $5 mill and just earned $18 mill in theaters. It is officially unrated/released without MPAA rating. This is historically TOUGH.

Joker 2 made less than $7 mill against it in its second week out.
