I'm at the age where I need to turn up the darkness setting on my video games so I can see when that dynamic sun goes down. Good God that was almost painful to do...until my eyes screamed in relief (you know the feeling...when eye strain goes away either by color or clarity...so good)

I like to have one of my monitors set to my exterior camera feed (my dogs bark at the wind, but I like to know). I saw a squirrel at a bird feeder outside the door to the kitchen. My wife is in the kitchen.

Me: hey, look out the window underneath the feeder (the door has a big window in it. Clear view of outside).

*hears door unlock and open*
*sees squirrel perk up and run*

wife: i don't see any...oh look at that fat thing run! (not her actual words)

me: i said look out the window!

I'd argue that the Mission Impossible movies have become the best pop corn movies we have right now.

Better than Transformers, because they suck (though Bumblebee is actually good?)

Better than Marvel because that's a giant interwoven story with eggs and hints.

Mission Impossible is just an isolated bit of lunacy. Way better than it should be or deserves to be (however many entries deep they are).

Anyone else catch the Jack Ryan series on Amazon? Finally remembered to catch it. On episode 6. The episode to episode cliff hangers are enough to get you tuned into the next, but not a frustrating pause in momentum. For 55 minutes each, surprisingly fluid. Easy binge.

AND 2 powerplant explosions on top of this. All the same day. Not saying there is a commonality, just a lot of infrastructure having trouble at once.

Anyone else hate when the first price they see for something online is the cheapest? I'm looking for at microchipped cat door and the first price I saw was $90...pet stores and the manufacturer are all $100+. Had my heart set on 90 being the expensive end, not the cheap end!
