I even turned off my VPN because that messes with sites sometimes but still it's a no go. It's the pro authorization, i guess on my end but I am not computer savvy to understand what the issue is.

Well, I tried firefox, chrome and edge and none of them will allow my pro account to be verified. The window is just frozen 😪 .
