I have short ribs and shin bones in the crock pot. Lots of onion, garlic, and some hatch chili powder and Chipotles and adobo sauce. ๐คค๐คค๐คค๐คค

I've been thinking about that movie loco with Curry on it and after discussing with Filipino coworker I'm going Filipino style curry that uses coconut milk.
