@Kurtroedeger Plantains and gingerbread.😍 Oooh, I have veggie burgers in the freezer and leftover instapot chx with Jerk seasoning. I think dinner is done! Wish I had plantains. They take time to ripen to the sweetness level I like them at. 😋😋😋
