I really like grits.
I'll cook some up, make myself a couple easy over eggs, then smash the eggs into the bowl of grits, along with the salt, pepper, and butter.
If I just happen to have some cheddar, that'll go in there, too. Oh, and if there's some bacon or sausage ...
