#StarBucks illegally closed all three stores in Ithaca.
The agency ordered that those stores be re-opened, with the unionized staff re-hired and given 16 months of backpay.

A state judge struck down North Dakota’s ban on abortion on Thursday, saying that the state constitution created a fundamental right to access abortion before a fetus is viable.
