I am not an expert on collisions. But to me it looks like the Cop car T-boned the Mazda in the rear at a fairly high rate of speed.
The fact the reporter says "it is unclear what caused the wreck" seem like the cops are trying to figure out a way to blame the passenger driver and not the cop
