the suspect appeared to be searching for the Speaker. Confronting Mr. Pelosi at home, the intruder shouted, "Where is Nancy, where is Nancy?"
If She was home, there would have been security. But because she wasn't he was able to assault Mr Pelosi

@Kinnison I know, the Courts will not want to have any issues of appeals that can get a possible guilty verdict thrown out.
