Yay, KBI returning papers equipment. Everything seized from the Marion Report is being returned. The investigation is ongoing but the search warrant was inadequate for the actions taken. A win for the free press and 1st amendment.

@hallmarc Their attorney has been discussing lawsuits. KBI and the county prosecutor might be trying to get off the list of people being sued. The Chief of Police since April may have bad-decisioned his way out of a job.
