This makes sense to me. Reading through the indictment I see several references to "he" and none to "she". Can't wait for the next "episode"!
FYI unnamed individuals in court documents are always given male pronouns
yes it is outdated, there are some efforts to change it, but hundreds of years of tradition is hard to crack

So by now we all know the attorney I missed was Chesebro.
The political consultant, my guess is Boris Epshteyn.
