According to several members of congress, everything that CAN be done to control the gun problem has been done.
How about secure storage requirements when not in use or,
Permits by states renewable every 5 years or,
Require gun owners to be insured against possible misuse or,
Requiring all the AR style guns to be converted to blot action, can be done for under $200.
They could try to make the country safer but it would interfere with Happy Hour.
