Gov. DeWine issues evacuation notice in #EastPalestine, #Ohio.
The National Guard has been deployed.
Residents within a 1 mile radius of a derailed train are told they must evacuate. About 500 are still in that radius. They're being told if they have children, they can face arrest.
If they cannot evacuate on their own, call 330-426-4341.
One car is carrying the carcinogen vinyl chloride. It's degrading & at risk of explosion. Shrapnel can fly up to 1M.
