A lot of women are posting about canceling out their dad’s vote, and I’m thankful to not be able to relate. Growing up, my dad taught me how to stand toe to toe with a man and hold my ground with ferocity. And we’ve been shoulder to shoulder ever since. I know he voted in my best interest, because he’s been working towards it my entire life. I’m forever grateful.

I am sixty years old and was raised by parents that were as progressive as they could be for being born in the early 30's. I have been quite the liberal progressive my whole life and my four children know who I am. I will protect them at all costs!
