@Jer_am_i Have you ever had Gallo Pinto? It is a customary dish here in Costa Rica. I created a recipe that is slightly richer than the traditional and it has a bit more flavor. Tico's here are not big on bold flavors. The one thing you have to have to make it is Lizano Sauce. If you can get that then you are good to go.
