@JeniRizio
Yep.
The veteran hero, all shiny and clean. Folding the flag for the photo shoot. That guy ainโt real. The real veterans are often hard to be around. Hard to gain trust. Harder still to help.
We need to redouble our efforts.
I'm telling ya'll this story, because we all know the type. The hard to be around old veteran, that seems to hate the world. And gets no love nor respect, because ha ain't gonna ask, and ain't gonna beg. Yet they have done the hard things. Been in the hard places. Made the hard choices. Not for themselves, but for their crews, and the idea of America. This guy hated politics. Hated Trump. And has earned respect. Just for doing his job. Find a way to not throw these uncomfortable veterans away.
@JeniRizio It's really cool that you're giving Wales attention!
I don't know if anyone will see this, but maybe writing about it will help me cope.
When a month or more goes by and I don't hear from a friend, I worry. Then it becomes just me reaching out. The same thing happened with my dearly departed friend Sterling. I had no idea how ill he was, he did not let on.
I want to be a good friend to those whom I care about, however it's hard when people don't speak up. At the end of the day, I have to take care of myself, too.
:(
Happy 1st day of Spring from Utica, NY!
Tagging @Christmas_Snow since I think you like the white fluffy stuff. :D

@JeniRizio I'm impressed with your language learning ambitions! You're supporting a minority European language and helping to spread awareness.
Trying again since social medias are having their Saturday Censorship Party:

I am disabled and in pain 24/7 due to my brain disease. Speaking the beautiful #Welsh language helps me heal. Traveling from the USA to Wales to take my Mynediad exam and finally see this lovely country in person could take my healing to the next level physically and emotionally.
Do you know someone asking where they can learn #Welsh online? Please consider recommending "Welsh Made Easy With JenX" on Youtube.
Thank you! Diolch!
@JeniRizio I like that you thought of this. It's a great idea and you are a sweet soul do it.
