@MLClark Yep! And with a major part of what *I* do being advocacy work with said angry rightwingers, working on dispelling misinformation they've been fed and crafting a policy platform that appeals to them AND the rest of the political spectrum.

Working with them has inspired some neat ideas, like no-ceiling progressive regulation, where (to encourage healthy free markets + competition) small businesses' regulatory/tax burden is minimized, but the burden on larger companies is cranked way up.
