Not just on the right. I've been called an anti-Semite here for criticizing the Jewish government. Oddly enough no one has ever called me unpatriotic for complaining about America's shortcomings.
There's an unfortunate comingling of the Jewish state, government, nation, and people. Defenders won't let you criticize one without insisting you are insulting them all.
You'd think they'd realize that even with Trump as president that didn't reflect on all Americans.
