@Madken65 rickrolled was a term coined back in the early to mid 2000s (pre- 2010) in which an instance occured where someone sent a hypertext link to someone else. This link seemed to show it was for one thing, but in fact was something else >>> Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley would blast from. Originally, the term came from duckrolled, when others would do the same thing, but instead of Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up, it was a picture of a duck on wheels.

@Madken65 to answer your question, yes anyone can do it.

Some people were sending links to others with Rick Astley being accessed through disguised links; those instances included the song stuck playing over and over again woth the only way to stop it being to turn off the device/computer lol
